Only 3 new COVID-19 cases in Northern Health

Four of the deaths were related to the B.1.1.7 variant and were all Winnipeggers, one in her 40s, a man in his 60s, a woman in her 70s and a woman in her 80s.

Most of the new cases announced Wednesday are in the Winnipeg health region, which reported 80 infections. Two of the deaths took place in Interior Health, raising the regional death toll to 155.
