On Monday, the globe was remaining surprised following Iran declared that they experienced issued an arrest warrant for President Donald Trump about the killing of Common Qassem Soleimani.

Iran has also asked Interpol, the French-based global police agency, for help in acquiring the politician.

Tehran Prosecutor Ali Qasi Mehr reportedly said 36 American political and military officials have been charged with murder and terrorist acts over the assassination of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani on January 3 in Baghdad.

Their arrest warrant has been issued and announced to Interpol, he added.

Topping the list is Trump, and his prosecution will continue even after the end of his term, he said. "A Red Notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action". The notices cannot force countries to arrest or extradite suspects, but can put government leaders on the spot and limit suspects' travel.

Qods Force is the extraterritorial military arm of the Islamic Republic for operations outside Iran, especially in the Middle East. Soleimani was killed by a US drone attack on January 3 outside Baghdad's worldwide airport.

Iran retaliated with a ballistic missile strike on a base with US troops stationed in Iraq on January 8, but a full-scale armed conflict was avoided.
