Here’s what to expect from Tuesday’s weather forecast

Low pressure over New England provides limited and storms mid-week

These storms could have heavy rain and gusty winds. Highs in the upper 80s. High temperatures will peak right around 90 degrees again, but a north wind will help usher in some drier air at all levels of the atmosphere, which means it won't feel almost as muggy as it did over the weekend.

Tonight we'll have a few more clouds with the slight chance of a t'storm continuing.

"Modest surface heating beneath an upper-level low has [led] to widely scattered thunderstorms across parts of southern New England". A disturbance over New England will gradually increase our clouds and storm chances through the middle to the week. This will be the start of winds less than 15 miles per hour gusts making it feel that much more uncomfortable with the heat and humidity that will stick around. With the humidity factored in, feels like temps could certainly be in the mid/upper 90s at times.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 95.

Hot and sticky weather will continue for this week as we head deeper into summer.
