Adele not coming out with new album anytime soon

Since the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of this year's Glastonbury Festival, the BBC opted to re-air past performances.

Many might not know, but it was Kanye West that inspired Adele to finally say yes to performing at the iconic British music festival, Glastonbury.

According to People Magazine, the 32-year-old singer sent some of her fans into a tizzy on Saturday after posting a photograph of herself singing into a microphone, which she simply captioned with a cryptic smiley face emoji.

The pair, both from Tottenham, were rumoured to be dating last October, following Adele's split from husband Simon Konecki (with whom she shares son Angelo).

The star's natural beauty was on display in the make-up free photo, with her body concealed under a baggy white T-shirt and grey bottoms.

Fans have been patiently waiting for Adele's new album, but the singer has now confirmed it won't be arriving anytime soon due to lockdown.
