RUMOR: "Key Art for Modern Warfare’s Supposed Battle Royale Mode, ‘Warzone", Leaked

General News Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 — New Gameplay Today Live

Game glitched and showed me the Warzone menu. Although it doesn't neccasirly showcase anything substantial, it does provide some indication of what Battle Royale will be like.

Modern Warfare's Battle Royale mode is no secret, despite the mode's name, release date, features and more being unconfirmed.

That anticipation was increased tenfold following the recent launch of Season 2, whose "Classified" mode in the menus and a new in-game cinematic further teased the BR.

TheGamingRevoYT has posted a video of what appears to be the first audio of Call of Duty: Warzone.

London is getting ANOTHER storm this weekend
Bury St Edmunds park run on Saturday has been cancelled, along with Haughley Park's Spectacle of Light on the same day. This is less severe than the alerts in place for other regions, though travellers are advised to exercise caution.

Credit to Reddit user ARedWerewolf for the images. Both images reveal the title Warzone located in the upper left portion. According to a number of sources, this key art is legit. The other image offers how players could customize loadouts going into a fight.

The "Weapons" tab of the menu includes sections called "Edit Drop Kits", "Watch Select", and "Armory". The key art shows Ghost standing on a crashed helicopter while surrounded by a team.

So, this begs the question - are there other teasers now in Modern Warfare? Perhaps unveil the new mode entirely and let players have at it? Flying up to get an eagle-eye view of the map only seems to offer a low-resolution view, but he was able to tweet some decent overhead screenshots. A series of glitches and leaks following the release of the game's "Season Two" content are pointing to an upcoming mode called "Warzone".

With all the evidence pointing towards a Battle Royale mode being added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the only question that remains is when?
