GM recalls more than 3.4M pickups, SUVs to fix brake issues
The recall comes 10 months after NHTSA opened its investigation and over two months after the recall was announced in Canada. The millions of trucks and SUVs have a brake issue that GM said resides in aging pumps in the brake system.

The driver, 28-year-old Jared Black, also suffered back injuries and was hospitalized following the crash, while fellow passenger, 31-year-old personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman, only complained of pain. And honestly, I mean, thank God, it could've been a lot worse.

Hart's friend, Dwayne Johnson, gave a recent update on the actor's health.

So far, Hart has not yet issued an official statement on the crash.

Speaking as he appeared on the first episode of Kelly Clarkson's talk show "The Kelly Clarkson Show" - which he cut his honeymoon short to appear on, after her first guest was supposed to be Kevin - he said: "Everything is good, I spoke with Kevin, I actually refer to him as my son". A representative for the California Highway Patrol told ET on Tuesday that they are doing a thorough mechanical inspection of Hart's Plymouth Barracuda and writing up the report will take about two weeks.

"He is bummed that he could not be here, as you know, but I love the guy. I wish him the best and speedy recovery and I'm gonna see him soon".
