What happens in the end credits of 'Captain Marvel'

Captain Marvel speaks up and tells the group they need to go there and use the stones to undo everything. Just then, Captain Marvel appears and asks for Fury.

Maybe Fury has tried to page Captain Marvel before the end of Avengers: Infinity War and maybe she was just too busy to respond or perhaps out of the range of the signal.

Captain Marvel's mid-credits moment seemingly takes place a relatively short time after Avengers: Infinity War.

According to our source, the footage starts out with the Avengers sitting in the room at the Avengers compound we saw in the first teaser and Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) is in attendance. Does it make you want to see the movie even more? Tearing through the toughest defenses, Captain Marvel unleashes two powerful beams of cosmic energy, or "Photon" Blasts, before leaping in for an Earth shaking punch. Thi alludes to the fact that Fury and Marvel have been in communication for years. The post-credits scene in 2015's Ant-Man, with Captain America and Falcon (Anthony Mackie) confronting Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), turned out to be a sequence from the middle of the next MCU film on the roster, Captain America: Civil War. Who knows? Hopefully, fans will get more answers in Avengers: Endgame.

Microsoft Announces Xbox Live for Android and iOS
Microsoft has been pretty clear about its intentions to turn Xbox into more of a platform than a standalone console. Really uniting all those communities together with a consistent singular experience for those gamers".

Captain Marvel will be released in theaters on March 8, 2019.

While we're on the topic of solving questions we never even knew we had, the film also explains how Fury lost that eye: the bloody cat, Goose (who, by the way, everyone is absolutely LOVING).

Does the scene reveal another movie?

Him barfing it up on Fury's desk is mostly a gross-out visual gag meant to evoke a cat vomiting up a hairball. Earlier in the film, Goose swallows the Tesseract, apparently to keep it safe from the alien Kree.

What it means: We've long known that the Tesseract was in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s possession at this point in time (the 1990s), so this does not seem to be offering any significant new information about where it's been or where it's going. Carol Danvers' pet Chewie was similarly mistaken for a cat until Guardians of the Galaxy character Rocket Raccoon outed it as a Flerken in Kelly Sue DeConnick's Captain Marvel comics run. Who knows whether we'll see that in Avengers: Endgame as well.
