Linsanity is coming to Canada.

The Toronto Raptors shored up their roster ahead of a playoff run by acquiring three-time All-Star center Marc Gasol earlier in the week, but they're not done improving yet.

National Basketball Association point guard Jeremy Lin is completing a contract buyout agreement with the Atlanta Hawks that will allow him to sign with the Toronto Raptors.

The Hawks tried to deal Lin ahead of the February 3 trade deadline but could not find a match in part due to the 30-year-old's $12.5 million salary.

First Teaser Trailer for Disney's Highly Anticipated Sequel 'Frozen 2'
The songs in " Frozen " were written and composed by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, a husband-and-wife songwriting team. Then, " Let It Go " plagued me for months, and I thought I'd never escape the cold tundra that Frozen had thrown us all into.

Much-traveled Lin is averaging 10.7 points, 3.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds a game this season for Atlanta but appears destined for his eighth National Basketball Association club, having made his debut in 2010 with Golden State.

Lin is no stranger to Canada, having spent the majority of last season in Vancouver while rehabbing a knee injury that kept him out of 81 of 82 regular season games.

A team release said VanVleet, 24, was injured in the second quarter of Saturday's win against the New York Knicks.

He played in 37 games during his rookie campaign, registering just 2.9 points across 7.9 minutes a night.
