Mega Millions Results 5 October 2018 jackpot at USD 470 million

The last Michigan player to win the Mega Millions jackpot was Kevin Blake of Waterford, Michigan, who won half of a $42 million jackpot a year ago, in October 2017.

On Tuesday, the Mega Millions jackpot rolled to $405 million, then jumped to $420 million on Friday afternoon, while the Powerball jackpot rolled over to $253 million after Wednesday night's drawing. The next drawing will be held Tuesday. A single Jackpot prize victor will have the option to receive their winnings in 30 annual installments or as a one-time, lump-sum cash payment of $265 million. The winning numbers were 2, 22, 29, 31 and 34, and the Mega Ball number was 1. The cash option is an estimated $237.1 million.
