Melania Trump: Women accusing men should 'show the evidence'

First Lady Melania Trump said women who make sexual assault accusations "need to be heard" - but so do men.

"We need to have a really hard evidence that if you're accused of something, show the evidence".

"I support the women", Trump told ABC News during her first solo trip to Africa. "But we need to show the evidence", she said.

In the preview for the interview, the first lady is asked about her marriage in light of her husband's infidelity and if she is an ally to #MeToo movement. During her visit to Kenya, Trump made time for an exclusive sit-down interview with ABC News' Tom Llamas, who wasted no time in pinning down her views.

In addition, those awaiting the OnePlus 6T, set to launch in India on October 30, can pre-book the phone during the sale. Customers will also get extra Rs 1000 cashback as Amazon Pay balance, special exchange offers and No Cost EMI available.

Trump also gave her thoughts on #MeToo, which seemed to boil down to supporting women when their claims can be backed by evidence. Llamas asked the first lady.

Melania Trump says her husband's politics are hurting her attempts to partner with aid organizations. "We need to support them, and also men, not just women".

"And to accuse, no matter who it is, a man or a woman, without evidence is damaging and unfair".

The one-on-one special, "Being Melania - The First Lady", airs Friday at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.

Her comments on the hot topic come after President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed by the Senate, despite psychologist Dr. Christine Blasey Ford coming forward with a sexual assault allegation against the judge.
