Treyarch preview brand new 'Militia' multiplayer map in Black Ops 4

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout will support 120fps at launch, uncapped framerate for Zombies & Multiplayer

This month will keep gamers pretty busy as we have so many games coming out.

According to Beenox, part of their commitment to the PC version of Black Ops 4 is to support uncapped frame rates, though they can't do it at launch given it will affect server load and such. The game is around the corner, and more details are getting revealed. Firing Range is a map from the first game as well, and it is set in a military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The map appears to be located in a forest, and there are several structures that would normally be found on a farm, such as several barns and a watermill.

Good news, players. It looks like we'll have a lot of room to run around in multiplayer matches in just a few days.

The map was early teased in the trailer itself, so fans have been waiting for this official announcement to clear all doubts. A beta test of the mode drew plenty of solid reviews, and Treyarch is hoping the mode is popular enough that the decision to skip the traditional single player mode will pay off. The synopsis states that the Rebels residing in this small Morrocan village are at loose and they are now practicing by taking down the government military planes which flies over the Sahara Desert.

Broadcast live on Twitch, the tournament will see 15 popular personalities, professional players, and casters from Call of Duty form three teams of five to face off in numerous Black Ops 4 game modes.

Santa Monica-based Treyarch Corp., developers of Activision Blizzard Inc. franchise "Call of Duty", is preparing for the planned October 12 launch of its newest title, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4", according to the Hollywood Reporter, which got an inside look at the process.
