Kanye West Supports President Trump, Says "Liberals Can't Bully Me"

Kanye West Supports President Trump, Says

Rapper Kanye West made major headlines earlier this year after openly endorsing President Donald Trump.

Jimmy threw Kanye for a loop on the August 9 episode of the show when he grilled him about his support for President Donald Trump.

Kimmel said he thinks West embraces being bi-polar and that's just "one of those things that makes you, you". I mean, you've so famously and so powerfully said George [W.] Bush doesn't care about black people.

He also said his support of Trump wasn't about policies but about "overcoming fear. you can't bully me". Because I might have never been 'Ye. That's what makes 'Ye.

Kimmel addressed Kim Kardashian helping convince Trump to grant clemency Alice Marie Johnson in June.

West has been open about his struggles with mental health, often tweeting about mental health, suicidal thoughts and tips of advice for people who are also suffering.

PGA Championship: First round tee off
This will be his 19th appearance in the tournament he has won four times. "So, yeah, I mean I can probably relate a little bit". Open five times without capturing the only major he's missing. "I'm trying to work a few kinks out of my swing".

"Well, he is a player", West smiled and replied.

In the end, we don't know if West supports a President who attacks the free press, women, immigrant families, and others, but his point about making personal choices in the face of adversity is spot on.

Yeezy continued to build on the topic of his confidence saying that he was afraid to endorse Trump, but after building confidence following his 2016 hospitalization, he vowed to never allow anyone to "bully" him again.

"What's the point in being Kanye West if you can't?"

Kimmel: People got really mad, well, some people were very happy when you said you liked President Trump.

"His message of "I just wanna be me" is going to connect, and is uniquely American", Glenn said. "Liberals can't bully me, news can't bully me, the hip-hop community, they can't bully me". For this interview I knew I wanted to stay in a calm state because, by the time I got to TMZ, I was ramped up.

"She's super passionate about it, and it was awesome for her to see that dream come true", said West. Kimmel then asked a rather awkward question: "Were you ever concerned about her being alone in the Oval Office with President Trump?" "[I don't have extreme periods of depression] because I just say it".
