He gave her a little blue pill, which she swallowed. He said, 'These are your friends.

When she woke up around 4 or 5 o'clock the next morning, her bra was up around her neck and her trousers unzipped.

"'Law & Order' is my favorite program", she quipped as she walked out to more laughs from the gallery.

"I felt comfortable to accept his invitation because I saw this as the next step ....to further my career", she said.

In 2015, Janice Dickinson told Entertainment Tonight she wanted Cosby to apologize to all of his accusers. She said Cosby stopped her as she went to leave: "All he said was there's a muffin and tea on the table and then, "All right" and then I left".

Cosby, who says he's legally blind, stared toward the sound of her voice, his mouth fixed in a stony frown.

"It is something so wonderful that has come out of this", she said. "I couldn't move, I felt like I was rendered motionless, just immobile".

Dickinson testified that Cosby didn't say anything to her about what had happened the next day. "And I was scared".

Laughter rippled through the usually whisper-quiet court crowd as Dickinson described a DNA test to determine whether Stallone was the father of her child.

One woman testifying on Wednesday pointedly called Cosby a "serial rapist", while another choked back tears as she asked him, "You remember, don't you, Mr. Cosby?" And I didn't feel insane at that moment standing up for myself saying 'that's not cool.

The charged rhetoric has irritated Cosby's lawyers, who have lost two bids for a mistrial.

She said he made a phone call while wearing a bathrobe.

"'That wasn't cool, '" she said she told him.

Janice Baker-Kinney leaves the courtroom after testifying against actor and comedian Bill Cosby during the third day of the retrial of his sexual assault case at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania on April 11, 2018. "Today, I'm on a sworn Bible... to tell my true story".

"I didn't fly to Tahoe to have sex with Mr. Cosby", she said. The 80-year-old star has since pleaded not guilty to three charges of aggravated indecent assault. He claims the pill pieces were the cold medicine Benadryl and that the sexual contact was consensual.

Defense attorneys noted that there were differences between her testimony and what she wrote about in her 2002 biography. His attorneys have portrayed Constand being being a gold-digging con performer.

But Lublin now believes she was assaulted and that she never trusted Cosby enough to be alone with him again.

"Ms. Constand why are you here?"

Janice Dickinson spoke out at Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial for the alleged 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand.

It took decades for her to call him out publicly, Dickinson said, saying the guidance she was given as a 20-something was to keep her mouth shut for the sake of professional advancement.

All of them testified they wound up unconscious from the drugs or alcohol Cosby gave them, unable to say no or resist as he had his approach with them.

In the photograph, shown to a jury of seven men and five women on Thursday in Cosby's criminal retrial, a younger, more debonair Cosby is depicted sporting a colorful bathrobe, a brown velvet hat and gold-metal-frame glasses. She tried moving her arms and legs but couldn't. She was a 24-year-old casino bartender in Reno when she says Cosby gave her pills she suspected to be quaaludes and had sex with her. "He got the picture". At times, he stared at the ceiling as she described the night of their encounter.

"He's a powerful guy and they told me he could ruin my career", she added. "But I wasn't threatened".

"He offered me a silver straw, and I plunged in", Dickinson penned in the book.

Dickinson admitted she did but said she told the story of the alleged rape to Fenjves and her publisher, who recommended changing the passage to avoid issues with Cosby's legal team.

"These women proved that they were here to back up their sister - they got their sister's back", Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt said outside court.

Things got worse when she arrived at the hotel room.
