'An Ex-Jailbird': Siddaramaiah's Latest Dig at BJP Chief Amit Shah

End of Congress rule in Karnataka imminent Shah

Despite Karnataka bandh, the BJP party held its Parivaratana rally today.

Karnataka BJP chief

Reddy said that he was not sure whether any organisation would observe a bandh when AICC Rahul Gandhi is in Bengaluru.

The call is being seen as a tit-for-tat response to the bandh called during BJP chief Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visits in the state.

A bandh call has also been issued by various organizations on February 4.

The number of people who will attend Modi's rally on 4 February will make it clear BJP will win the election that will happen in April-May, Shah said. "People will not believe his false promises".

He also accused the Siddaramaiah government of indulging in "appeasement politics" for the sake of votes.

US Attorney General Sessions interviewed in Russian Federation probe
Mueller's office interviewed Comey shortly after he was sacked , a source close to the investigation told Reuters . Working out the details for an interview could take several weeks, the person said.

He said more than 20 RSS-BJP Karyakartas have murdered in the state since four years but the government of Siddaramaiah has let the murderers move freely.

"I want to ask Siddaramaiah whether he is certifying SDPI". "Even if we were planning to do this, I'm not going to tell you", he said.

Shah was also sure that the BJP will retain the three important states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, where it is the incumbent, and which go to polls towards the end of this year.

He also slammed the Siddaramaiah government over its decision to celebrate the birth anniversary of 18th century Mysuru ruler Tipu Sultan.

Soon after the letter became public, Murlidhar Rao, National General secretary of BJP and Karnataka incharge took Twitter and slammed the Congress. He criticised Siddaramaiah government said he has crossed all the boundaries of corruption.

Asking the people who had assembled to attend his rally, Shah wanted to know if anybody had a Rs 70 lakh worth watch referring to the diamond-studded Hublot wrist watch gifted to him and wondered how the Chief Minister had the courage to sport such a watch.

He accused the Congress party of behaving like it did during the infamous Emergency era by deploying police.
